At Reflection Fitness LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness, wellness, and educational services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Classes & Appointments (In-Person or Virtual)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or appointment are eligible for:

    • A full refund or

    • A class credit that can be used toward a future session

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and will be considered used.

  • Reflection Fitness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

Personal Training Packages & Class Bundles

  • Multi-session packages and bundles (e.g., 5, 10, 15, or 20 sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • Unused sessions within a package:

    • Must be used within the stated validity period (if applicable)

    • Are non-transferable

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services

  • Package expiration dates, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Programs & Digital Services

(Examples: 30-Day Workout Plan, Nutrition Coaching, Meal Prep Programs)

  • Due to the personalized and/or digital nature of these services, all sales are final once delivery or access has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet started and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Workshops, Culinary Classes & Nutrition Classes

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
