Welcome to Reflection Fitness LLC (“Reflection Fitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, classes, programs, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our site or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making purchases or bookings.

2. Services Offered

Reflection Fitness provides fitness-related services, which may include but are not limited to:

Personal training sessions

Group fitness classes

Fitness programs and packages

Nutrition coaching and educational classes

Digital and in-person wellness offerings

Services may be offered individually or as part of a package or bundle.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent risks. Reflection Fitness is not a medical provider, and our Services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating, you confirm that:

You are physically capable of engaging in physical activity

You have consulted a physician if necessary

You assume full responsibility for your health and safety

Reflection Fitness is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from participation in our Services.

4. Bookings, Scheduling & Attendance

Bookings must be scheduled through our approved booking platform

Class times, instructors, and availability are subject to change

Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited sessions

No-shows may result in loss of the session without refund (see Refund Policy)

For package-based purchases, sessions must be scheduled within the time period specified at purchase.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Reflection Fitness reserves the right to refuse refunds outside of stated policy guidelines.

7. Packages & Memberships

Packages may have expiration dates and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

Unused sessions may expire without refund

Packages cannot be shared between individuals

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, videos, logos, programs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Reflection Fitness LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or booking systems

Harass staff or other participants

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflection Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to injury, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflection Fitness LLC, its owners, trainers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our Services or violation of these Terms.
